In the early 1970s, the Zimmer family gave birth to the “Winstub Au Tire-Bouchon”. Wine bar and et local dishes are the main characteristics of the establishment. In 2002, the chef Thierry Margerie joined the “Tire-Bouchon” team and today he proposes you his typical dishes of greedy tradition. The march,09, 2010, Thierry Margerie has the lease-management of the Winstub.
